If you have placed multiple orders and they have not shipped yet, please contact me to request a shipping combination and I will try my best to accommodate. Please keep in mind that I am a bit new to Shopify at the moment and I may require your patience. It will be much appreciated!
Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied. Please double check your order and input the code (if not already automatically applied) before completing the purchase.
"Seconds" pins are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please review what constitutes a "Seconds" grade pin in the product description before you purchase.
I am not responsible for lost mail or incorrect addresses. If you have an issue with your tracking number not moving over 5+ days, please contact me so we can resolve it through the provided carrier. As for incorrect addresses, it is recommended you double check the address you input in checkout after a purchase so you can notify me to edit it in the shipment process.
Returns/Exchanges are only permitted for Standard graded products. If you receive a product that is not up to the grading standards listed, send a support email with detailed photos and an explanation. Most of these circumstances imply that the product has large, noticeable flaws that greatly impact the the surface or look of the pin (ie: smudges, large scratches, missing colors, etc).
At the moment, I will not be going forward with cancellation or refund requests. Please complete purchase only if you are willing to accept the order you have made.
