Grading 

Standard: These are considered the best of the batch based on the grading curve. They contain a couple small flaws in screenprinting and polishing. These do not make a huge impact on the display of the pin as a whole. Please note there are a variety of flaws in one of the leaves on his sleeve. None are done exactly correct to the artwork so this has been considered "standard". 

Minor Flawed: These contain multiple small noticeable flaws. Include more screenprint flaws, minor scuffs, or small issues on plating. Minor flawed pins do not majorly impact the pin's display purpose.

Flawed: These contain various major noticeable flaws. Only purchase a Flawed Pin if you do not mind flaws that impact the display of the pin as a whole.
